Irie Electric has had her first contacts with electronic music almost 10 years ago, when, motivated by an explosive mixture of curiosity and interest, she started collecting huge piles of records. Her first time as a DJ comes after one year spent experimenting with her music in her little room in Potsdam, and we are talking serious business: her debut in 2003 is at the After-hour of Suicide Club in Berlin. From this moment, it's all downhill for this very determined girl: since June 2004 she is resident of the Tuna Bar in Tresor, she celebrates her 25th birthday at the console in Globus, she performs at the closing party of the Exil in Maria am Ostbahnhof… Whatever.
